3. Quotes and Pricing

• Exclusive of any additional work discovered during the project
• Based on normal working hours unless otherwise specified

4. Booking and Cancellation

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled work
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions (for exterior work)

• Late payments may incur additional charges

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Our work is guaranteed for:

• Interior painting: 2 years
• Exterior painting: 5 years (weather dependent)
• Workmanship defects will be rectified at no additional cost
• Warranty excludes damage from normal wear and tear

9. Insurance and Liability

• Public liability insurance up to £5 million
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Employer's liability insurance
